Submitted emails will only be used for contacting with information about the competition.

All personal information (name and email address) will be deleted once the competition has ended and the charity chosen.

The highest score at the end of the competition period will be deemed the winner.

The winner will be contacted within 10 days of the competition being closed to ask which charity they want to have the donation made to.

HarbourATS© reserve the right to refuse a donation to a charity they deem not in-line with their values. In such cases, an alternative can be suggested, or a new winner selected.

It may be that the winners name be used in public announcements, along with the name of the charity selected.

HarbourATS© reserve the right to delete any scores they feel may have been obtained via cheating.
